Top Secret Data Analyst

Job Description A client in the DC area is looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. This position is in support of the HR division for a government customer. In this position you will be responsible for working with the end client to gather data and information and putting this data into readable dashboards and reports. This is not a highly technical role but does require candidates to be well versed in gathering and analyzing data using Excel. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field • Experience working as a consultant to a government customer • Extensive Excel Experience (pivot tables, v-lookups, data visualizations) • Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work with end users to gather data • Active Top Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree or higher (will consider additional YOE in lieu of degree) Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience building dashboards with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, or MS Forms • Python scripting experience • Experience utilizing python for data cleansing • Higher education in a Business or Math related field • Experience supporting DOJ
