Role description
Overview: We are seeking experienced TradingHub Engineers with strong ETL and capital markets expertise to join our project team. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines feeding the TradingHub trade surveillance platform, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and effective market abuse detection. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to load trading/market data into TradingHub. β€’ Configure and integrate the TradingHub platform for optimal surveillance performance. β€’ Ensure high data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance. β€’ Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance pipeline/system performance. β€’ Collaborate with compliance, trading, risk, and technology teams. β€’ Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data mapping. Required Qualifications: β€’ 3+ years of experience in ETL/data engineering (preferably in capital markets). β€’ Hands-on experience with TradingHub trade surveillance. β€’ Strong knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives). β€’ Proficiency in SQL and Python or C#. β€’ Familiarity with trade surveillance systems (TradingHub, Actimize, SMARTS). β€’ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, or related field. Preferred Skills: β€’ Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop). β€’ Strong problem-solving and communication skills. β€’ Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., market abuse, reporting standards).
