New Exciting Opportunity Training Manager/ Content Manager Duration: 6 Months+ Day Rate: £400 (Inside IR35) Location: Leamington/Gaydon (Hybrid- As per business needs) Job Specification: We are looking for an experienced Training Manager / Content Manager to support the design, development, and delivery of engaging in-person and virtual training programs within the Information Cyber Security (ICS) function. This role will be key in driving employee awareness and compliance across global teams through innovative learning initiatives, including e-learning, video content, phishing exercises, and behavioral awareness campaigns. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience and ensure consistent delivery of impactful, data-driven training across office and manufacturing environments. Things you need to have: Essential Skills: • ILM Professional Trainer Techniques certification. • Strong experience in designing and delivering training content, particularly within IT or cyber security contexts. • Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, Jira, and SharePoint (Admin level). • Graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Strong analytical and content development skills. • Experience in delivering training through Agile methodologies. Desirable Skills: • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics. • Knowledge of cyber security awareness programs and KPIs. • Familiarity with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS)
