Responsibilities
• Analyze and manage complex travel, scheduling, and workforce data to support operational efficiency, cost control, and strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in travel programs, scheduling workflows, data analytics, reporting tools, policies, and vendor performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations that improve forecasting, workflow design, policy alignment, and organizational visibility.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting tools that support leadership, field operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Travel & Scheduling, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors to evaluate tools, enhance workflows, and ensure accurate, high-quality data.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization within travel behavior, scheduling patterns, and workforce allocation.
• Use electronic systems for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Strategic Data Analysis
• Use data-driven insights to align processes with organizational goals.
• Evaluate travel policies and vendor programs; recommend improvements.
• Support duty of care requirements and traveler safety initiatives.
• Provide guidance on travel trends, system usage, and best practices.
• Support vendor strategy and performance evaluations.
Workforce Scheduling & Resource Analytics
• Analyze scheduling data to identify risks, gaps, and resource allocation issues.
• Maintain forecasting tools for workforce planning.
• Partner with internal teams to evaluate and enhance scheduling systems.
• Ensure tools provide visibility into rotations, assignments, and availability.
Advanced Reporting & Data Analytics
•
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support KPI tracking.
• Identify cost drivers, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Lead recurring analyses such as leakage and advance-purchase reporting.
• Evaluate lodging usage to define decision guidelines.
• Present insights and support data integrity initiatives.
• Document workflows and support training.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
• Strong understanding of travel programs, TMC structures, and GDS systems.
• Ability to produce actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define system requirements and support tool improvements.
Other Duties
• Assist in documentation of systems and workflows.
• Provide reporting support for budgeting and vendor evaluations.
• Participate in system testing and implementation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in travel coordinating, scheduling, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in field-based or project-driven environments preferred.
• Experience in policy development or travel program implementation preferred.
• Certifications such as GBTA, ACTE, or project management preferred.
Physical And Environmental Requirements
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Work is typically office-based with moderate noise levels.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Denver area is $50,500 - $78,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
