The Trust & Safety Analyst helps make platforms safer, processes more efficient, and decisions more informed — ensuring the organization can proactively prevent abuse and protect users at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
• Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes, and risks in user behavior or platform abuse.
• Designing strategies and integrations that improve safety systems and workflows.
• Leading complex projects that tackle difficult or ambiguous abuse-related challenges.
• Working with global teams and stakeholders to enhance operational processes and ensure policy and safety standards are met.
• Improving efficiency by identifying and fixing process issues, automating workflows, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Providing insights and recommendations to leadership that shape business and safety decisions.
