The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Twilio Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Video, Programmable Messaging, Flex, Studio, and APIs, along with strong backend development skills.
The role involves integrating Twilio services with enterprise applications, building scalable communication workflows, and ensuring high availability and security of customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and develop communication solutions using Twilio APIs and services.
β’ Build and maintain voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and video communication workflows.
β’ Develop and customize Twilio Flex contact center solutions.
β’ Create and manage Twilio Studio Flows for customer journeys and automation.
β’ Implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and intelligent call routing.
β’ Develop backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, or C# to integrate with Twilio APIs.
β’ Integrate Twilio with CRM, ERP, and third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.
β’ Configure programmable messaging, programmable voice, and programmable chat services.
β’ Implement authentication and security best practices for communication workflows.
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot production issues related to Twilio services.
β’ Optimize messaging delivery, call quality, and system performance.
β’ Work closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
β’ Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
β’ Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes.
