Role description
Role: Ui Path Developer
Location: Tampa, Florida(Hybrid)
Required Skills:
• 4–6 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years in UiPath.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, and Assets.
• Hands-on experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, and REFramework.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, or VB for custom activities and integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, APIs, and web services.
• Strong debugging, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, Orchestrator, or equivalent) preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Solution Design & Development Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.
• Implement reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate automation delivery.
• Technical Leadership Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Review code and solution designs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with architects to align solutions with enterprise governance frameworks.
• Deployment & Operations Publish packages to UiPath Orchestrator and configure environments.
• Support scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and provide production support as needed.
• Adhere to organizational RPA governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Document solution designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions when required.
• Continuous Improvement Stay updated on UiPath product enhancements and industry trends.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives such as AI integration, Document Understanding, and Intelligent Automation.
• Participate in organizational forums such as Tech Guilds, AI programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in automation technologies.
