UI5 Developer

UI5 Developer Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced UI5 Developer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing custom SAP UI5 applications within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires the ability to work independently, translating high-level functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. Required Qualifications • Strong experience developing custom applications using SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. • Hands-on experience with Business Application Studio (BAS). • Experience working in an SAP S/4HANA environment. • Strong understanding of modularized ABAP programming. • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC architecture, and data modeling concepts. • Experience with SAP Gateway Services, OData, and CDS Views. • Experience working with Fiori Elements. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications • Experience using Git for source code version control. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA development standards, coding syntax, and best practices. • Experience extending and integrating new SAP solutions with existing custom applications.
