UI/UX Design Engineer (Onsite – Atlanta, GA) Local Georgia candidates only Location: Atlanta, GA 30334Interview: Web Cam / In-PersonLong-term role We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-driven UI/UX Design Engineer to help build intuitive, accessible, and high-impact digital experiences. If you love blending design + front-end + analytics, this role is for you! What You’ll Do Create clean, user-centric UI/UX designs & responsive web interfaces Work closely with BA, content, and tech teams to translate ideas into functional designs Ensure design alignment across teams and take ownership of end-to-end UI delivery Implement & analyze user analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.) Use insights to drive UX improvements, speed, accessibility & SEO performance Conduct A/B testing and generate actionable UX recommendations Mentor junior designers/developers when needed What You Bring 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio Hands-on expertise in Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch/Canva Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular) Experience with CMS, version control (Git), and data visualization Knowledge of WCAG accessibility, SEO basics, and Agile ways of working Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
