Job Title: U.S. Individual Tax Expert (CPA/EA) – AI Trainer Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (Full-time or Part-time) We’re seeking an experienced U.S. Individual Tax Expert (CPA/EA) to prepare, review, and optimize U.S. individual tax returns while supporting the development of AI-driven tax automation tools. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in Form 1040, multi-state filings, and IRS compliance who want to combine their tax expertise with AI innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality frontend features using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, and TypeScript. • Collaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences. • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. • Write clean, maintainable, and modular code using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript standards. • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently. • Communicate effectively in a hybrid team environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5–8 years of experience in frontend development using React.js. • Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience building responsive, high-performance web applications. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git-based workflows. • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
