Job Title: Utility Data Analyst
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid- Preferred but remote for right candidate)
Pay Rate: $40/hr to $44/hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload
Provide subject matter expertise in support of the Outage Management System (OMS) implementation at utilizing OpenGrid Network (formerly PragmaUP/PragmaLINE).
Scope of support services includes:
β’ Provide application and operational support for the OMS environment.
β’ Assist with system logic, business processes, and data management related to OMS projects, customer communications, and operational activities.
β’ Support OMS-related enhancements, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting efforts.
β’ Contribute to upcoming database and Windows Server operating system upgrade initiatives.
β’ Perform OMS configuration, testing, validation, and deployment support.
β’ Provide hands-on technical support for OMS applications and related infrastructure.
β’ Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure system reliability and operational effectiveness.
β’ Support production and back-office OMS activities, including issue resolution and system maintenance.
Required Skills / Attributes
β’ Strong experience supporting Electrical Utility Outage Management Systems (OMS).
β’ Hands-on experience with OpenGrid Network (formerly PragmaUP/PragmaLINE).
β’ Experience providing OMS application maintenance and back-office operational support.
β’ Strong knowledge of SQL databases, query development, and data analysis.
β’ Experience with Python scripting for automation, support, or system integration activities.
β’ Experience supporting Windows Server administration, maintenance, and operational support.
β’ Experience with OMS configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
β’ Ability to analyze system logic, business processes, and operational workflows.
β’ Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
