We are looking for an experienced Varicent Business Analyst / Senior Varicent Engineer to support the development and enhancement of incentive compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Varicent ICM, data integration, and reporting solutions.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy incentive compensation solutions and reporting dashboards supporting partner incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain Varicent ICM components
Design and implement ELT processes using Symon
Build and maintain Varicent reporting dashboards
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Work closely with business teams to support Partner Incentive Programs
Perform system analysis, testing, and deployment activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce and data teams
Ensure data integrity and performance of compensation systems
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience with Varicent ICM
Strong experience in Varicent development and configuration
Experience with ELT / Symon components
Strong Business Systems Analysis experience
Experience working with data integration and reporting tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce integration
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services
Telecom industry experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Certifications (Preferred)
Varicent Certification
Salesforce Certification
