Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, develop, and support Varicent Incentive Compensation solutions.
• Develop and maintain data import processes used to load compensation and performance data into Varicent.
• Build, enhance, and troubleshoot compensation calculation logic and business rules.
• Develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, and compensation outputs used by business stakeholders.
• Configure and support workflow processes related to compensation administration and approvals.
• Maintain and update scheduler jobs and automated processes supporting recurring compensation cycles.
• Develop and support custom Python scripts used for automation, integrations, data transformations, and process enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, calculation, reporting, and system performance issues.
• Partner with business and technology teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support compensation plan execution and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Support production compensation cycles, payout validation, and ongoing system maintenance.
Key Requirements:

• Technical design experience supporting enterprise applications and business solutions.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• Experience with SQL and/or other data management, reporting, and query tools.
• Experience supporting Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale incentive compensation programs.
Experience working across multiple lines of business and complex compensation structures.
Knowledge of commission, incentive, bonus, or sales compensation administration processes.
Experience with compensation data validation, reconciliation, audit support, and controls.
Experience working in highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other environments that require strong controls and governance.
Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates from other industries will be considered if they possess strong Varicent and Incentive Compensation experience.
Experience operating within environments that require rigorous change management, auditability, data governance, and SDLC discipline.
