Role: Veeva MyInsights Developer (Pharma) Location: Remote Term: Contract Experience: 4–8+ Years Industry: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Veeva MyInsights Developer with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain interactive MyInsights dashboards and custom visualizations within Veeva CRM to provide actionable insights for Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Commercial teams. The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Salesforce, and pharma commercial processes. MyInsights enables organizations to build custom HTML/JavaScript applications embedded in Veeva CRM for contextual data visualization and workflow support. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy Veeva MyInsights dashboards and custom pages. • Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6). • Utilize Veeva CRM JavaScript APIs and MyInsights SDK for data retrieval and visualization. • Integrate MyInsights with Veeva CRM objects including: • Accounts • Contacts • Calls • CLM • Territory Management • Cycle Plans • Create interactive dashboards, charts, KPIs, and drill-down reports. • Optimize MyInsights applications for performance and offline capability. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Commercial Operations, Sales Excellence, and stakeholders to gather business requirements. • Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. • Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements. • Follow Agile/Scrum development methodology and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills • 4+ years of experience in Veeva CRM Development. • Hands-on experience in Veeva MyInsights Development. • Strong expertise in: • JavaScript • HTML5 • CSS3 • JSON • Experience with: • Veeva CRM • Salesforce Platform • SOQL • Apex (preferred) • REST APIs • Experience building dashboards using visualization libraries such as Chart.js or D3.js. • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes. • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. • Pharma Domain Experience (Mandatory)
