Role description
Title: Vibe Coding Expert
Duration: 6 Months - Long Term role
Location: Washington, DC 20043
Work Model: 4 days/week onsite from Day 1 with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon
Scope of Work
Support the implementation, scaling, and governance of the Business-Led IT (BLIT) initiative, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards. Establish environments, best practices, and governance standards to enable and guide citizen developers.
β’ Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI-generated code (Replit, Lovable) to AWS Bedrock and Azure.
β’ Define governance frameworks for citizen developers, including roles, access controls, risk tiers, and escalation paths.
β’ Provide standardized templates, reference architectures, UI guidelines, and integration patterns.
β’ Implement guardrails covering IAM, data security, monitoring, logging, audit, and compliance.
β’ Develop training programs, onboarding assets, and enable a Citizen Developer Community of Practice.
β’ Drive adoption of the BLIT operating model across Business, LoB, EA, OIS, and Shared Services.
β’ Manage intake, evaluation, and routing of business-driven IT requests (Sandbox, Self-Service, Purpose-Built).
β’ Coordinate across business users, LoB, EA, OIS, product, and platform teams.
β’ Maintain documentation including guidelines, RACI, process flows, and governance artifacts.
β’ Support low-code/no-code POCs, including vendor coordination, reviews, and demos.
β’ Track and report progress of initiatives, pilots, and solution delivery.
β’ Support governance approvals (EARB, security, procurement, onboarding).
β’ Guide LoB teams and business users on solution pathways and lifecycle processes.
β’ Ensure alignment with SAFe/Agile practices (PI Planning, demos, readiness validation).
β’ Support communication, change management, and adoption across VPUs.
β’ Identify and drive continuous improvements across processes, tools, and collaboration.
Skills & Experience
β’ 10+ years of experience leading full-stack development or engineering teams with recent experience in AI/ML projects.
β’ Experience designing or governing citizen developer / low-code-no-code programs.
β’ Cloud certification (AWS or Azure) preferred.
β’ Strong experience with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
β’ Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
β’ Knowledge of platform-based delivery models, risk classification, and escalation frameworks.
β’ Understanding of enterprise IT processes (architecture reviews, security, governance workflows).
β’ Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (Replit, Lovable, etc.) and modern app development.
β’ Experience defining guardrails, standards, and governance processes.
β’ Ability to define platform roadmaps aligned with business demand.
β’ Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
β’ Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
β’ Ability to manage multiple initiatives, track risks, and ensure governance alignment.
β’ Experience creating operational documentation (RACI, flows, user journeys).
β’ Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, security, and data management.
