Virtual Directory Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; or Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Directory Engineer to support and enhance enterprise identity and access solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain virtual directory services that integrate data across multiple identity systems.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical expertise and the ability to operate effectively in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable identity solutions
• Design, implement, and enhance virtual directory services, including data caching and proxying across identity sources
• Support and maintain existing virtual directory integrations, including system improvements and modernization efforts
• Participate in infrastructure and data center migration initiatives
• Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting efforts
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Provide support through various channels including ticketing systems, email, and real-time communication tools
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience with virtual directory technologies, specifically RadiantOne FID / Radiant Logic VDS
• Solid understanding of LDAP and identity and access management (IAM) concepts
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell or similar)
• Experience working with SQL databases, including queries, joins, and data transformations
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with virtual directory or identity tools such as Oracle Unified Directory, Ping Directory, or PingFederate
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data integration processes
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders
• Understanding of access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC)
• Exposure to SIEM tools or centralized logging platforms

• Timely and effective resolution of technical requests and incidents
• Successful delivery of scalable and reliable identity solutions
• Well-maintained and optimized virtual directory systems
• Clear and up-to-date technical documentation
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
Additional Information
• Hybrid work schedule with onsite presence required three days per week
• Candidates should be located within commuting distance of one of the listed locations
