Job Description: Visier Admin & Support Analyst (Visier Platform – Security, Data Validation & Production Support) Visier Support - Requirements Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Visier Admin & Support Analyst to manage security, data validation, and production support for the Visier HR analytics platform. This role ensures data accuracy, secure access, platform stability, and seamless collaboration across HR, Digital, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, HR data knowledge, and hands-on experience with Visier, Workday, or similar SaaS analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Security Model Management β€’ Design, implement, and maintain Visier security frameworks including user access controls and permission models. β€’ Create and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and data access workflows. β€’ Validate and test all security changes (pre/post releases) including random sampling audits. β€’ Document all security modifications for compliance and audit readiness. β€’ Work with senior leadership on security exceptions and track deviations from standard processes. 1. User Access & Data Permission Validation β€’ Test user access levels to ensure correct visibility of sensitive HR data. β€’ Process new user requests and confirm proper access rights. β€’ Design efficient, best-practice-based data access solutions for complex scenarios. 1. Data Monitoring, Validation & Issue Resolution β€’ Conduct periodic Visier audits, compliance reviews, and platform checks. β€’ Handle Service Manager tickets and manage Visier access controls. β€’ Investigate and triage production data issues, including: β€’ Data load failures β€’ Data quality (format, completeness, content) β€’ Mapping/vendor issues β€’ Bug identification and RCA β€’ Facilitate communication and remediation with Visier, Digital, and HR Insights teams. β€’ Perform manual and automated data reconciliation across Workday, PX Data Lake, and Visier. β€’ Validate uploaded data by comparing summaries and elements across systems. 1. UAT & Production Deployment Support β€’ Support user acceptance testing by creating test cases, executing scenarios, and logging defects. β€’ Assist in pushes to production and ensure successful post-deployment validation. 1. Analysis & Problem-Solving β€’ Use Visier to recreate issues, test scenarios, and identify root causes. β€’ Break down complex HR analytics issues into smaller components for effective resolution. β€’ Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights. 1. Continuous Improvement & Governance β€’ Maintain current knowledge of HR analytics trends and Visier best practices. β€’ Strengthen data governance frameworks for accuracy, consistency, and privacy compliance. β€’ Contribute technical expertise to enhance platform usage and HR decision-making. Required Skills & Experience β€’ Strong working knowledge of Visier backend, data configuration, and security models. β€’ Experience with HR data systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. β€’ Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and people analytics. β€’ Business acumen with the ability to align analytics capabilities to stakeholder needs. β€’ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. β€’ Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data and system issues. Availability Requirement β€’ Must provide operational coverage with availability overlapping until 12 PM EST.
