POSITION SUMMARY This role requires someone who can operate at three levels simultaneously: understanding the industry's past to tell compelling stories and bring a wealth of learning, meeting clients where they are in the present by understanding the internal client ecosystem and the external market context, and taking them somewhere new in the future that they aspire to. You will own end-to-end delivery of client work, manage a team of client solutions professionals, and ensure every engagement delivers transformative insight and actionable solutions—not just data. You bring consulting-grade rigor and creative intuition to every engagement—bridging insight, strategy, and storytelling. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: • 10+ years in leading strategy consulting firms, strategic marketing consultancies, brand strategy, or insight firms • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion • Demonstrated success building and growing client relationships at senior executive levels • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams • Deep expertise and demonstrated knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry Hard Skills & Tools: Expert Level: Microsoft PowerPoint (or equivalent), Microsoft Excel (or equivalent), data analysis and interpretation, insight development and storytelling, strategic consulting frameworks (hypothesis trees, MECE principles) Intermediate Level: Statistical concepts (significance, confidence intervals, sample sizes), data visualization, qualitative analysis and synthesis Preferred: Survey design and research methodology, neuroscience/psychology fundamentals, project management tools Nice to Have: Advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SPSS), Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems Industry Knowledge: • Deep understanding of strategic marketing, advertising, brand strategy, and insight disciplines • Knowledge of creative strategy and how insight informs creative development and media planning • Understanding of both the strategic rigor of consulting and the creative dynamism of agency work • Awareness of emerging trends in marketing technology, consumer behavior, and brand strategy Leadership Qualities: • Strategic thinker who executes flawlessly on details • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure from complexity • High emotional intelligence and sophisticated client management skills • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning • Drive for excellence and personal accountability IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE We're looking for someone who combines the analytical rigor and structured problem-solving of leading management consulting firms with the creative energy and marketing instincts of the best agencies.
