W2 / 1099 Contract | PLM Engineer Aras Innovator (Remote / Massachusetts Preferred) Job Title: PLM Engineer Aras Innovator (Remote / Massachusetts Preferred) Location: Massachusetts (Preferred) / Remote Employment Type: Contract W2 / 1099 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced PLM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Aras Innovator to support the configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background along with functional understanding of PLM processes. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and customize Aras Innovator to meet business requirements • Design and manage data models, workflows, and lifecycle processes • Work extensively on BOM management and change processes (ECR/ECO) • Develop and enhance solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server • Integrate PLM systems with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CAD systems • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of overall PLM experience • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Aras Innovator • Strong expertise in Aras configuration and customization • Experience with data modeling, workflows, BOM, and change management (ECR/ECO) • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server • Experience with system integrations (ERP/CAD) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience integrating with SAP or Oracle ERP systems • Exposure to CAD integrations • Aras Innovator certification (nice to have) Additional Notes: • Candidates based in or near Massachusetts are preferred • Remote candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered
