πΉ Key Responsibilities
π Demand Management & Analysis
β’ Facilitate intake of business ideas and convert them into structured demands (ServiceNow or similar tools)
β’ Analyze and prioritize demands based on business value, urgency, and feasibility
β’ Identify trends and recurring business needs
π Stakeholder Collaboration
β’ Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops
β’ Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and leadership
β’ Maintain strong working relationships across departments
π Requirements & Documentation
β’ Gather and document business and functional requirements
β’ Define scope, objectives, assumptions, constraints, and risks
β’ Create process models and workflows (Visio or similar tools)
π Business Case Development
β’ Develop ROI, TCO, and cost-benefit analyses
β’ Prepare business cases and funding justification materials
β’ Support decision-making with executive-level presentations
π Process Improvement
β’ Analyze current (βas-isβ) and future (βto-beβ) processes
β’ Identify gaps and recommend improvements
β’ Support implementation of optimized workflows
π Governance & Lifecycle Support
β’ Work with Demand Manager to track and manage demand lifecycle
β’ Ensure documentation meets departmental standards
β’ Support cybersecurity risk assessments when required

π Education
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in:
β’ Business Administration
β’ Information Systems
β’ Communication
β’ Or related field
β’ (Equivalent experience may substitute)
πΌ Experience
β’ Minimum 3+ years in business analysis and requirements documentation
β’ Experience facilitating sessions with executives and SMEs
β’ Strong experience in:
β’ Process modeling (Visio)
β’ ServiceNow or similar tools
β’ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
β’ Experience with:
β’ Business case development (ROI/TCO, cost-benefit analysis)
