Design and develop WalkMe solutions including Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and ShoutOuts to improve user adoption.
Configure WalkMe for onboarding, process automation, user segmentation, and personalized user experiences.
Customize and troubleshoot WalkMe using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and browser debugging tools.
Analyze user behavior using WalkMe Insights, create dashboards, and optimize performance through A/B testing.
Collaborate with business, product, and UX teams to support design, implementation, testing, and deployment across web applications.
