Web Analytics Specialist

Our plant-based non-profit client seeks a Freelance Web Analytics Specialist to assist their Content team! This is a fully remote opportunity for 5-10 hours/month for ongoing needs. This Web Analytics Specialist will primarily support performance requests for web insights, tracking, and reporting and will assist with assessing performance, SEO and overall page value/health. - Create page performance, campaign and SEO insight reports utilizing templates - Interpret data and tell a clear, actionable story around performance, trends and opportunities - Support SEO keyword research and contribute to reporting that informs content maintenance and optimization - Help build and maintain data dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar tool) to support tracking for multiple teams - Partner with internal teams to configure, troubleshoot and refine tracking events to ensure accurate data collection - Help build and maintain data dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar tool) to support tracking for multiple teams This Web Analytics Specialist has: - Minimum 5 years data analytics tracking and reporting experience - Deep experience with analytics and reporting tools/platforms like WordPress, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, HotJar, SEMRush - Strong written and presentation skills, ability to take data and interpret it for teams - Working knowledge of PM tools such as Asana In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
