Top 3 Required Skills • WebSphere Commerce (WCS) • Java Spring Boot • React Key Responsibilities • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions • Design, develop, and implement solutions using WebSphere Commerce • Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality code • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues proactively • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with WebSphere Commerce (WCS) • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice to Have • Experience with Spring Boot Batch processing • Knowledge of React • Familiarity with XML and XSD • Frontend skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in WebSphere Commerce development • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
