Role description
We are looking for two developers with a comprehensive skillset that includes experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management, Security & Compliance, Monitoring & Operations, and Collaboration & Support. Additionally, they should have knowledge of WFM integration, AWS, and Calabrio.
Specifically, we need individuals who have hands-on experience with AWS Connect User Administration. This includes tasks such as provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, managing security profiles, configuring routing profiles (queue alignment, channel configuration), and setting up agent hierarchies (team/department structures for reporting and supervisor scope).
