UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Report Developer
Overview of project/skills required:
Manager’s Main Qualifications needed for the role:
• Focus on someone that can look at the front end and find the data in the database WFM preferred, but WFC would be huge plus as they are still supporting system
• Someone strong in data visualization
• GCP - Google Cloud Project experience
• Experience using Looker and Looker Studio as the visualization tools
• Open to strong Power BI OR Tableau if no Looker experience
Position Overview:
The UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Report Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards using UKG Pro WFM tools and Google's Looker platform (OR strong Power Bi or Tableau). This role combines technical expertise in workforce management systems with data visualization skills to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain customized reports within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Dimensions), leveraging built-in reporting tools and data fields.
2.Create Looker OR Power Bi OR Tableau dashboards to visualize workforce data effectively.
3.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional reporting solutions.
4.Optimize report layouts, filter capabilities, and output formats (Excel, PDF, etc.) to meet business needs.
5.Integrate data from multiple sources.
6.Ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.Technical Expertise:
1.Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll.
2.Expert knowledge of LookML OR Power Bi OR Tableau for dashboard development
3.Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from various sources.
4.Experience with ETL tools.
1. Must have Hands on Configuration experience
2.Experience:
1.5+ years working with UKG software (e.g., Kronos Workforce Central or Dimensions).
2.3+ years of experience as a Looker Or Power Bi OR Tableau developer with hands-on dashboard creation.
3.Soft Skills:
1.Strong analytical abilities to interpret workforce data effectively.
2.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
