Workato Automation Pro/ SaaS Integration Expert

Job Title: Workato Automation Pro/SaaS Integration Expert Location : Remote Experience : 5+ Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Workato Automation Pro / SaaS Integration Expert with hands-on experience in building and scaling integrations using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing SDK connectors, API Platform integrations, and Embedded APIs while working across enterprise SaaS ecosystems. The candidate must be comfortable handling both real-time and batch integrations, working with APIs, and supporting secure, scalable automation solutions in compliance-driven environments. Mandatory : 1 to 2 yrs scaling Workato: SDK connectors, API Platform, Embedded APIs. Deep SaaS stack: Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot. REST/SOAP, real-time + batch, SQL/Ruby. SOX/SOC2 aware. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workato • Develop and customize SDK connectors, Embedded APIs, and API Platform solutions • Integrate enterprise SaaS applications such as: • Salesforce • NetSuite • HubSpot • Work with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations • Build and support both: • Real-time integrations • Batch processing workflows • Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation and validation • Utilize basic Ruby scripting within Workato recipes and connectors • Monitor automation workflows and troubleshoot integration issues • Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams for integration requirements • Ensure integrations follow security and compliance standards including SOX/SOC2 considerations Required Skills • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Workato platform • Strong knowledge of: • Workato Recipes • SDK Connectors • API Platform • Embedded APIs • Experience integrating SaaS platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and HubSpot • Good understanding of REST & SOAP APIs • Knowledge of SQL and basic Ruby scripting • Experience with real-time and batch integration architectures • Understanding of security, governance, and compliance standards such as SOX/SOC2 • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Stephen Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist Email : stephen@nexwaveinc.com
