Role description
Workato Engineer Remote work Duration: 12 Months+ We are looking for a Workato Engineer to lead the automation of business processes between Workday and our enterprise systems. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining "recipes" that ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Workato recipes to automate workflows between Workday and other corporate like Dell boomi platforms. Build custom integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and webhooks. Optimize data mapping and transformations to ensure data integrity across systems. Troubleshoot and monitor active integrations to ensure high availability. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical automations. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or Developer using Workato. Strong hands-on experience with Workday (HCM ) integration points. Solid understanding of API structures, JSON, and data formats. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
