Workflow Automation Specialist

This role is responsible for driving automation, data, and technology solutions to improve Learning & Development operations. Key responsibilities include assessing automation needs, designing and maintaining automated workflows using Power Automate, and supporting SharePoint sites and workflow solutions. The role builds and manages Power BI dashboards to track learning metrics, KPIs, and business impact, while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. It also supports knowledge management initiatives, develops automated reporting solutions, and partners with leaders to define learning effectiveness measures. In addition, the role manages L&D projects using tools like Smartsheet, facilitates status updates, applies project management best practices, and collaborates with IT and global L&D partners. Coaching, upskilling colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation are also core responsibilities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in technology management, information systems, computer science, learning technology, instructional design, or a related field • Strong expertise in workflow automation tools such as Power Automate/Flow and dashboard tools like Power BI, including DAX • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and leading projects end to end • Knowledge of learning management systems, SharePoint, and learning content delivery tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence without authority • Self-starter with a passion for technology, learning, and continuous improvement • Preferred experience includes advanced degrees, global technology project exposure, AI/ML tools, regulated environments, and instructional design or learning technology platforms
