Role description
Verve, LLC is seeking a Workload/Reporting Coordinator responsible for forecasting, planning, managing, and monitoring operational workloads to support contractual requirements and performance standards. This role ensures workloads are appropriately distributed, timelines are met, and team performance is optimized. The Workload/Reporting Coordinator uses data analysis and reporting to create projections, identify potential challenges, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Performance Indicators Strong workload forecasting and planning skills Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and collaboration Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Key Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities Monitors, assesses, assigns, reports on, and communicates workloads to support contractual requirements and performance standards. Assesses staff capacity and proactively forecasts future resource needs to optimize workload distribution and operational efficiency. Maintains working knowledge of systems and applications used to monitor and manage workload activities. Develops and generates standard reports to support business operations and workload management. Supports contract changes and ensures adherence to applicable state and federal regulations. Performs duties with integrity and strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy of work. Leads, coordinates, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines, objectives, and operational goals. Identifies and drives process improvements and operational efficiencies. Provides support for daily business operations including internal and external audits, research, documentation, and system or application testing. Supports training and quality initiatives by analyzing data and producing reports and recommendations as needed. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of relevant work experience Advanced computer proficiency including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to interpret and explain complex information effectively Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field Experience using tools to analyze and interpret data such as pivot tables, data validation, or data visualization tools Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (state, government, or commercial) Experience with change management processes in a business or operational environment Experience developing and maintaining reports Why Join Us?
