Role description
We are seeking a skilled Zoom Application Developer to design, build, and deploy a custom Zoom-integrated application to support virtual learning and operational needs for the upcoming school year. This solution must align with Pennsylvania Act 55 requirements for cyber charter schools, including attendance tracking, student engagement, and instructional time documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop a custom application leveraging the Zoom SDK and APIs • Integrate Zoom functionality with CCA systems (e.g., scheduling, user management, reporting) • Implement features such as automated attendance tracking, participation monitoring, and instructional time capture in alignment with Act 55. • Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania cyber school regulations, data privacy standards, and Zoom security best practices • Conduct testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to internal teams • Required Skills: • Experience developing applications using Zoom SDK / Zoom APIs • Proficiency in modern development frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) • Experience with integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication) • Understanding of compliance-driven application development, preferably in K-12 or cyber school environments • Strong understanding of cloud-based application deployment.
