Required Skills:
• Zscaler Product Suite: Deep hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) is essential. Proficiency in Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is often a preferred addition.
• Network Security Foundations: Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) principles.
• Identity Management: Experience integrating Zscaler with identity providers like Azure AD, Okta, or using protocols such as SAML and SCIM.
• Protocols & Troubleshooting: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS inspection, and managing PAC files or GRE/IPsec tunnels.
