Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ 2-5 years of experience implementing and designing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management)
β’ ServiceNow ITOM Certification (Discovery, Event Management, or related)
β’ Hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery modules
β’ Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions from design through implementation
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
β’ Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker)
β’ Cloud infrastructure monitoring experience (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
β’ Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks (ITIL certification preferred)
β’ Hands-on experience with additional ITOM tools (BMC, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
β’ Familiarity with event correlation, service mapping, and monitoring integrations
β’ Infrastructure experience with Windows/Linux servers, networks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
β’ Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
β’ Experience working with financial sector or telecommunications clients
β’ Experience working with global/offshore teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
β’ Participate in the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions to meet enterprise client needs
β’ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that streamline IT operations
β’ Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM reports and dashboards to fit specifications
β’ Work with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless delivery of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
β’ Support integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and third-party databases and monitoring tools
β’ Provide ongoing support during post-implementation phases, addressing issues and optimizing system performance
β’ Train and guide clients and internal teams on ServiceNow ITOM best practices
β’ Stay current on the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends, incorporating new features to improve solutions
β’ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards when implementing ITOM solutions
