Ab Initio L2/L3 Support Engineer

Job Title:Ab Initio L2/L3 Support Engineer Location : Atlanta GA 30303 ( Hybrid ) Duration: 12+ Months Detailed Job Description • 5+ years of experience with the technologies listed below: • Ab Initio expertise • Unix shell scripting • Basic knowledge of Hadoop • Scheduling tools like CA ESP • SQL • Provide L2/L3 level support. • Perform Daily Health checks related to server administration by manually or automated scripts or through monitoring tools. • Become Subject matter expert on production process and guide the team in the event of failure. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to provide feasible solutions. • Participate in quarterly DR activity ensure systems are up and configured correctly as per RPO. • Experience in working in Agile project and good understanding of Agile process and methodology • Experience to BANKING domain would be good to have. • Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment • PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge is value add. Preferred Skill • Experience of ITIL process, Change management, Incident management and Problem Management. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
