Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to support a growing manufacturing and distribution business undergoing significant transition. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented data professional who enjoys working through large datasets, identifying trends, and solving pricing inconsistencies.
This is a hybrid position—you'll be expected onsite two days per week (preferably Mondays and Tuesdays), with the rest of the week remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze pricing data across 100,000+ unique SKUs
Perform variance analysis and “what-if” scenario modeling
Identify and resolve pricing inconsistencies across SKUs
Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to support pricing strategy
Work primarily in Excel with some exposure to Power BI datasets
Assist in integrating pricing data into broader reporting systems
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on cost and pricing structures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong background in pricing, financial, cost, or accounting analysis
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros, modeling)
Experience working with large datasets
Understanding of manufacturing environments and cost structures
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong work ethic
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with cost accounting principles
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Workwise, though not required)
