5+ years of experience in Python development, specifically for web-based data connectors and API integrations.
4+ years of experience supporting and maintaining dashboards in Spotfire and Tableau.
5+ years of experience working with Flask or similar lightweight web frameworks for application or connector support.
4+ years of experience in analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis in production environments.
4+ years of experience in independent issue resolution and providing Tier 2 technical support with minimal supervision.
Job Description of Role

We are seeking a self-reliant and technically sound professional to support and enhance lightweight dashboards and web data connectors. This Tier 2 role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills who can identify, diagnose, and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision. The role involves supporting existing dashboards, managing production incidents, handling minor enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability of reporting systems.

Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders (technical and non-technical )
Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages
Interpersonal Skills:

Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Basic knowledge of Cognos for reporting and troubleshooting.

Experience in dashboard enhancement, maintenance, and minor production updates.
Ability to manage incidents, track resolutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Exposure to structured support environments and ITIL-based processes.
