ACI MTS Developer

We are looking for: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ACI MTS Developer with strong expertise in Payments, ISO 20022 transformation, and banking transaction systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with ACI MTS platforms, SWIFT messaging standards, payment routing, and production support in enterprise banking environments. The candidate should possess strong technical skills in ACI MTS configuration, payment integrations, troubleshooting, and migration projects involving SWIFT, CHIPS, and FED payment systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and support ACI MTS (Money Transfer System) applications. • Work on ISO 20022 migration initiatives including SWIFT MT to MX transformations. • Support CHIPS ISO, FED ISO, and SWIFT payment processing systems. • Develop and maintain payment routing, message transformation, and integration solutions. • Perform MTS configuration, customization, and environment setup activities. • Handle production support activities including incident management, troubleshooting, log analysis, and hot deployments. • Work with IBM MQ and middleware technologies for queue management and message processing. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements. • Support system enhancements, maintenance, and regulatory payment changes. • Participate in release management, testing, validation, and deployment activities. • Build simulators and test environments for issue replication and debugging. • Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and compliance with banking standards. Nice to Have • Experience with SWIFT migration programs. • Exposure to cloud or modernization initiatives in payment systems. • Prior experience working with global banking clients. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
