Job Description:
Brooksource is looking for an Acumatica ERP Developer to help support a client with ongoing ERP enhancements and system optimization.
We are seeking a skilled Acumatica ERP Software Developer to design, develop, and implement customizations within an existing ERP environment. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, build technical solutions, and support successful system enhancements.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with C# and the Acumatica framework, along with a background in integrations, reporting, and process automation. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills. This role will focus on continuing development and enhancement of an established Acumatica ERP implementation, supporting evolving business needs and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain Acumatica ERP customizations using C# and the Acumatica framework
β’ Build and modify business logic using BPM tools
β’ Develop custom reports and dashboards (GI Designer, Report Designer)
β’ Integrate third-party applications via REST APIs and web services
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks
β’ Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business needs
β’ Document technical solutions and integrations
β’ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders
β’ Support data migration and validation efforts
β’ Collaborate across teams to ensure successful implementations
β’ Provide technical guidance and end-user support
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
β’ 2+ years of Acumatica ERP development/customization experience
β’ Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
β’ Experience with Acumatica xRP framework
β’ Knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
β’ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
β’ Experience with REST APIs/web services
β’ Exposure to Agile development environments
β’ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Acumatica Developer Certification
β’ 4+ years of ERP development experience
β’ Experience across multiple ERP modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.)
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices
β’ Experience with Git or other version control tools
β’ Understanding of accounting/finance principles
β’ Experience with Power BI or similar tools
β’ Knowledge of ODATA and integration patterns
β’ Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
β’ Experience mentoring or supporting junior developer
