Join our dynamic team as an Ad Operations Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of digital media campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and clients, optimizing campaign performance and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the trafficking and implementation of ad placements to ensure successful campaign launches.
• Collaborate with media, analytics, and creative teams for accurate campaign setup and data collection.
• Assist in developing platform-level measurement plans, including conversion tracking and event tagging.
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking tags using Google Tag Manager and address client inquiries.
• Manage daily campaign maintenance, ensuring accurate tracking and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct quality assurance on campaign tracking elements to maintain data integrity.
• Optimize ad operations workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Work with third-party vendors to integrate data and tracking solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, ad tech advancements, and data privacy regulations.
Skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ad operations or digital media within an agency or publisher setting.
• Proficiency in using ad-serving platforms like Campaign Manager 360.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for site tagging implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for event tracking and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with DSP platforms like The Trade Desk or DV360.
• Understanding of MediaOcean/Prisma suite of products.
