Job Description
This role is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that drive improvements in product performance and overall business outcomes. The analyst integrates and analyzes data from multiple sources to identify trends, uncover key performance drivers, and quantify impact.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams, this role helps define KPI and measurement strategies, including A/B testing. The analyst develops clear, KPI-aligned reporting and communicates performance insights through structured storytelling and actionable recommendations.
Note: Need Someone with strong CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) experience.
Candidate needs to have experience with adobe analytics, power bi, A/B testing
Key Responsibilities
• Use analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar) to evaluate performance and identify opportunities that support product initiatives and business stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify key drivers, and quantify business impact
• Develop and maintain KPI-driven dashboards and custom reports by integrating multiple data sources
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and standardize KPI measurement practices
• Support A/B testing and experimentation, including test design, performance tracking, and results interpretation
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively through concise, structured storytelling and data visualization
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or a related field (e.g., product, digital, or business analytics)
• Proficiency with analytics and BI tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience building dashboards and delivering performance insights to a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work with complex datasets and combine multiple data sources
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
