Role Description
This is hybrid role at New York City (should be onsite once or twice a month) as a Adobe Analytics Expert. The Expert should have extensive experience with Adobe Analytics required, including its implementation, management, and reporting capabilities. Should be an expert in Adobe Analytics ( report builder/ Adobe campaign).
Key Skills Required:
β’ Strong Adobe Reporting Experience
β’ Expertise in Segmentation and Tagging within Adobe Analytics
β’ Prior experience working with Adobe tools/platforms is highly preferred
Soft Skills & Work Style:
β’ Proactive and eager to solve issues
β’ Self-starter with minimal need for supervision
β’ Strong executive communication skills β must be able to present status updates and insights to senior stakeholders
Expectations:
β’ Looking for someone who can own the reporting function, drive insights, and collaborate cross-functionally
β’ Preference for candidates who have worked directly with Adobe or in similar enterprise environments
TOP (3) REQUIRED SKILLSETS:
β’ Web Analytics Management: Own the integrity and accuracy of web analytics data. Collaborate with technology engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics, ensuring precise data collection and reporting. Including in-depth auditing of preexisting metrics / segmentations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user behavior, website performance, and marketing effectiveness. Proactively generate reports that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance anomalies. Translate these insights into strategic recommendations to enhance the digital customer experience.
Qualifications
