The Role
The Digital Analyst will contribute to the creation of a best-in-class digital insights program and strategy by supporting the Signet organization with insights and journey analytics. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights for Brand stakeholders assigned to you, using Adobe Analytics. In this role, you will work closely with your team to prioritize meaningful reports and analysis, conduct exploratory analysis to identify pain points and innovation opportunities, and quantify the value of customer behaviors, among many other things, to further accelerate and mature the capabilities of our Grow Brand Love Strategy while improving the quality of the customer experience.
Responsibilities
โข Report Generation- Looking for an Adobe Analytics Power User โ someone who can create robust, easy to use, informative reports that stakeholders can leverage/self-serve to find meaningful insights. Take requirements and convert to meaningful workspaces. Participate in and lead regular communication routines to teach others how to use the reports created.
โข Digital Customer Journey Analysis - Partner directly with leaders on the team and stakeholders to provide actionable insights on the ecommerce customer experience. Responsible for executing analysis using Adobe Analytics to understand customer experiences and pain points. Produce compelling visualizations and insights to tell the story of the customer journey. Communicate those insights clearly and appropriately throughout the organization, while providing your unique data perspective.
โข Data Validation โ Troubleshoot, validate, and investigate any nuances in the data. Define and partner on requirements to establish a best-in-class data environment.
Requirements
ยท Bachelorโs degree or 2-3+ years of journey/digital analytics experience
ยท Demonstrated a curiosity-mindset and ability to identify patterns in data
ยท Collaborative partner working across functional areas
ยท 3+ years in Adobe Analytics
ยท 3+ years experience in digital analytics
ยท Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint as it relates to visualizing data
ยท Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written
ยท Creative problem solver
