Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Adobe Analytics Specialist to join their team. As an Adobe Analytics Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Analytics Department supporting the Marketing and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision making, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Adobe Analytics Specialist Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Pay Range:$45/hr, 12 month contract with right to hire What's the Job? โ€ข Utilize Adobe Analytics to track, analyze, and interpret data related to digital platform performance, user behavior, and engagement trends. โ€ข Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools in collaboration with team members. โ€ข Collaborate with digital product, UX, marketing, IT, and stakeholders to define KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and measure the impact of digital initiatives. โ€ข Support A/B testing and multivariate testing efforts through setup, tracking, and performance analysis. โ€ข Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and user experience measurement to foster continuous improvement. What's Needed? โ€ข 2+ years of expertise in digital analytics or business intelligence, preferably within a digital environment. โ€ข Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Analytics is required. โ€ข Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred. โ€ข Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently analyze data and present insights. โ€ข Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
