Job Title: Adobe CDP Data Architect
Location: 100% RemoteDuration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe CDP Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), customer data modeling, and digital marketing ecosystems. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, and implementation of Adobe Customer Data Platform solutions.
Utilize extensive knowledge of AEP/RTCDP and customer data platforms to drive analytical use cases and business value.
Develop and refine customer profile segmentation, identity resolution logic, and 360-degree customer views for analytics and decision-making.
Oversee data architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices across online/offline, CRM, paid media, and social data sources.
Drive CDP implementation and manage delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional partnersβincluding CRM, Marketing Automation, Data Engineering, and Digital Marketing teamsβto ensure unified customer experiences.
Translate business requirements into segmentation strategies, audience building logic, and activation workflows.
Own and manage CDP platform enhancements, roadmaps, and alignment with marketing and technology stakeholders.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, marketing automation platforms, and associated technologies.
Ensure customer and prospect information is unified across sales, marketing, and service channels.
Work with Insights & Analytics teams to improve measurement processes and optimize performance.
Guide the evolution of data usage within marketing to improve targeting, personalization, and real-time responsiveness.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, or similar CDPs.
Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile merging, identity graphs, and data governance.
Solid experience in data architecture, data modeling, and multi-source data integration.
Background in CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing ecosystems.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Ability to manage projects through full lifecycle including prioritization, sequencing, and budget tracking.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business owners, developers, and marketing teams.
