Job Title: Visier Analytics Developer Location: New York, NY 10020 USA (100% REMOTE, BUT CANDIDATES HAS TO BE LOCATED IN EST TIME ZONE ONLY) Duration: 6+ Months Description: This role is open to candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone. Visier Analytics Developer is responsible for developing advanced HR analytics on the Visier platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR data platform/ data products/hub/lake, a deep understanding of HR metrics and analytics, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with Visier Platform, One Model and Azure Synapse Analytics Requirements Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence Experience with Visier Platform, One Model and Azure Synapse Analytics Experience in people analytics is preferred Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder Experience leading and managing technical teams Strong SQL skills and proficiency in enterprise visualization reporting tool #Indeed\_D Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote
