Roles/Responsibilities
• Configure and manage CJA connections, data views, and metrics.
• Integrate data from AEP and other systems into Customer Journey Analytics.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Analysis Workspace.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Optimize performance of queries and visualizations.
Skillset
• Strong expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Analysis Workspace.
• Knowledge of AEP datasets, schemas, and connections.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, joins, and relationship mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and API integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytic solutions.
• Understanding of Adobe Analytics (traditional) and migration to CJA.
