Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytics solutions that enhance customer insights and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development, web technologies, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient analytics platforms. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) dashboards and data views. Integrate Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) datasets into CJA for real-time analysis and insights. Build and optimize data connections, ensuring accurate mapping between XDM schemas and CJA datasets. Develop and automate data visualizations, reports, and KPIs for marketing and business stakeholders. Collaborate with analysts and marketers to translate business requirements into CJA workspaces and calculated metrics. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and identity stitching across AEP and CJA environments. Work with Adobe Analytics, AJO, and RTCDP teams to provide unified customer journey insights. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, schema mapping, and reporting accuracy. Optimize segmentation and attribution models to improve marketing performance measurement. Support cross-channel analysis and create real-time dashboards for campaign performance monitoring. Qualifications: 4–6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Strong understanding of data modeling, XDM schemas, and Experience Platform datasets. Proficiency with CJA Data Views, Workspace Analysis, and Calculated Metrics. Experience integrating CJA with AJO, AEP, and Adobe Analytics. Solid SQL skills and experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of data governance, identity management, and profile stitching in AEP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams to translate data into insights. Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
