Job Summary:
The AEM Technology Lead will spearhead the development, optimization, and maintenance of approximately 25 Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites. This role involves leading the upgrades and development of our websites, upskilling existing team members in the AEM platform, and ensuring high-performance content management solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ experience in frontend and backend development with an expertise developing in AEM.
Develop and customize existing scalable and accessible AEM components, templates, and workflows
Upskill team members on best practices for developing and authoring in AEM
Serve as the AEM subject matter expert on behalf of the Brand & Marketing Department
Create detailed documentation and reference materials for the specific use of AEM at AmeriHealth Caritas
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of websites in AEM
Troubleshoot website bugs, identify root causes, and develop solutions for remediation
Skills:
Five or more years:
Frontend and backend development in AEM
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sling, Maven, and OSGI for front-end and back-end development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with Cloud-based AEM deployments
Understanding of data governance and compliance in AEM
Required Education:
-Bachelor's Degree required.
