Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, a thorough understanding of AEPβs data architecture, and hands-on experience with Data Distiller. This role also requires proficiency in modern data platforms and technologies including Databricks, GraphQL, Snowflake, and Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines within Adobe Experience Platform.
Write and optimize complex queries using AEP Data Distiller for data analysis and activation.
Model and manage XDM schemas, datasets, and identity graphs within AEP.
Integrate data from various sources into AEP using batch and streaming ingestion methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and usability.
Implement data governance, performance tuning, and monitoring for AEP workflows.
Leverage Databricks for advanced data processing and transformation tasks.
Utilize GraphQL to query and interact with APIs and data services.
Work with Snowflake and EDW systems to support data integration and analytics.
Document technical processes, data flows, and architecture for internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years working directly with Adobe Experience Platform.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries in AEP Data Distiller.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, GraphQL, Snowflake, and Enterprise Data Warehousing.
Deep understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, and identity stitching in AEP.
Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and activation workflows in AEP.
Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Launch is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
Adobe certifications in AEP or related products.
Understanding of marketing technologies and customer data platforms (CDPs).
