We are seeking a results-driven and highly skilled Adobe Marketing Cloud Specialist for a future role to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with a focus on campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel marketing execution. This role requires hands-on experience with a wide range of marketing automation, CDP, tag management, social media, and customer journey tools across the Adobe ecosystem and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies using tools such as Adobe Campaign (Standard & Classic), Adobe Marketo Engage, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Configure and manage audience segmentation using Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Segment, BlueKai, and Lotame.
Build and personalize customer journeys leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and dynamic content strategies.
Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management, personalization, and campaign execution across digital channels.
Implement, test, and maintain marketing tags using Adobe Launch and Tealium iQ to enable accurate data capture and campaign tracking.
Leverage Adobe Sensei for AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and advanced customer insights.
Use Adobe Commerce (Magento) to drive eCommerce personalization and promotions in alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Debug and validate marketing deployments using Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, and Fiddler.
Monitor and optimize marketing workflows using Adobe Campaign Workflow Editor, Unica Campaign, Eloqua, and ActiveCampaign.
Support creative asset and digital asset management workflows using platforms like Bynder and OpenText Media Management.
Conduct behavioral analytics and UX analysis using Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and SessionCam to inform journey optimization and personalization.
Integrate social media strategies using tools such as Adobe Social, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer for campaign tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, creative, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
Continuously evaluate and recommend Martech tools and practices to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing technology or digital marketing roles.
Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Campaign, Marketo Engage, Audience Manager, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and AEM.
Hands-on experience with CDPs and DMPs such as Segment, BlueKai, Lotame, and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
Proficiency in Tag Management Systems: Adobe Launch, Tealium iQ.
Understanding of eCommerce marketing with Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Familiarity with debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, and AEP Debugger.
