Role description
The Marketing Reporting Analyst / PM is the primary business‑facing analytics lead responsible for translating Guardian’s marketing objectives into actionable, trusted insights delivered through Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics delivery, and program execution, ensuring reporting solutions are aligned to business priorities and delivered with discipline. This role owns the definition, prioritization, and delivery of marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that enable leadership to understand performance across campaigns, channels, and customer journeys. Acting as a bridge between marketing stakeholders and technical teams, the Analyst/PM ensures that reporting requirements are clearly articulated, validated, and implemented correctly within CJA—while maintaining traceability back to source data and business intent. The Marketing Reporting Analyst / PM also contributes to marketing performance storytelling, helping translate complex analytics into clear narratives for executives—supporting ROI analysis, attribution views, and decision‑making across Guardian’s marketing organization.
